Rene Redzepi visits Flinders Island

Was an absolute pleasure to show Rene and sous chefs Beau & Thomas a little slice of Flinders Island life!

The chefs stopped into Flinders whilst on a whirlwind research visit around the country. Exploring the shoreline and discovering some of the secrets Australia has to offer … Whilst on the island the chefs were treated to Flinders Island Crayfish, Green Lip Abalone, Muttonbird, Saltgrass Lamb & Flinders Island Wallaby.  We look forward to seeing whats on the NOMA AUSTRALIA menu in Sydney 🙂
